How we helped

Working closely with the Managing Director of the lending entity, we developed a robust model to predict returns and cash movements over a 20 year period.

We developed the model in Microsoft Excel, and included relevant drivers to allow the business to quickly prepare their own "what-if" scenarios from the model.
